Looking for Rear swing spare tire ideas

My grandad has a 2001 XJ and no internet so he has sent me on the search for him. He is slowly trying to modify/upgrade his jeep and this is the new project. He is on a budget of $500 or less so most of the bumper kits I have seen are out. I found the XJ tailbone made by detoursusa but it appears that they no longer make them. Sad because I think this would have worked great for him. I am reaching out hoping that some of you may have an idea or product for him. He would like something that would mount to the stock bumper. I found the complete stock setup at my local pullapart for about $75 total. Be careful to pull ALL of the inside-body reinforcement plates and you will need the bumper that goes with it as it has reinforcement plates in it too. All in all, I'm really happy with it.
