Hi Lady's and Gent's I need your help I need to find out the inner bracket measurements of track bar drop brackets.

I cannot help you there, got rid of mine long ago. But if you could supply a little info it would help. Are you building your own? What have you done and what are you going to do with or need for this upgrade

I just wanted to know if any other track bar will fit in a rusty's track bar drop bracket cuz i have the bracket just not a track bar and im going from stock to 5" ( But wont be using rusty's for this lift! customer service is a ring around the rosie and i dont like that.) :bang:

OK, answer is yes you can us it if you have a bushing that fits it. Not sure what he uses, but measure bolt hole size and width of the metal sleeve on the bushing on a double shear track bar. That is one with bushings on both ends. Now, one other measurement you need to make is the distance from the frame to the center of the ball on the spherical rod end on your stock track bar and compare with the distance from frame to center of the bolt hole for the bushing. If the new one is one or two inches longer, I recommend getting a drop pitman arm to match. A ZJ pitman from the wrecking yard gives a 1" drop and will be cheap.

Sorry i goofed ;) i meant the width of the mount cuz it doesn't tell ya on the web sites what the widths are so i dont know; and i just wanted to find out if any other track bar would work with that rusty's bracket that i have cuz i really dont wanna buy another bracket:smiley-scared002: Thank you in advance:thanx:

I thought you had the bracket in hand. Not much I can tell you then if they won't supply you the info. But this would be worth a try. If I was building one I would use the same bushing as the other end. In which case the measurements would be the same as for the axle end of the track bar. Ask them about the replacement bushings for the track bar and if they are the same on both ends
