I noticed a link to xjtalk.com in a cherokeeforum.com members sig so like everyone else, i couldnt resist pressing the big red button...BAMMM here i am...I bought my 1st jeep about 4months ago and it just happened to be an 89xj and man, i love this thing. Its completely stock all the way down the the 26in tall tires:rolleyes: Im more so a sport compact car guy, i usually build turbo charged 4cylinders but decided to get something 4wd for the winters here in nebraska. Below are a few pics of the xj in its stock form right when i purchased it. On order are rims, 33s and lift...so hopefully i can have everything installed asap when it gets here. I cant wait to see what this thing can do. My wife and i look forward to having a ton of fun in this thing...

oh yea, it is very clean. little to no rust at all. and i stole it for $700 bucks after the po just installed 6 new injectors and new tires. since then ive just done the usually new to me car maintance such as cap and rotor, plugs and wires, fuel pump and starter. I do hope to have more pics for you guys soon

thanks guys...today i threw on my new cragar soft8s with a set of bfg 325/60-15 a/t ko series today...haha they fit with not lift and only had to hack a little off the fenders...i just couldnt wait...

actually it was really nice today when i took those pics...just look crappy cause my blkbry camera sucks...but thanks for the props on my jeep...i cant wait to put the lift on...i was just messing around today just to see if they would fit...
