thanks man, all I used was some grille mesh from an auto shop, traced the shape of the bezel, cut, the some glue to hold it down then three small screws to finish the holding it all together, not forgetting the holes for the bezel retaining screws,

easy peezy! :) and I'm happy with them :)

thanks man :) I did this because one of my headlights has two cracks in it from stones, so made these asap and also going to get some new headlights with the projectors in and add maybe a HID kit too :)

That's gonna be NICE! Not sure if projectors with HID will benefit but you might wanna think about the heavy duty wiring harness. The factory put the strain on the headlight switch which can be a lot for it, the harness basically just turns the switch into a switch. Instead of pulling full power through it, they utilize two relays. Its pretty much mandatory for any headlights of a higher wattage. But again, not sure on the draw of HIDs.

I hate it when rocks damage my trucks, had to replace a couple windshields... and its usually because some lazy driver didn't clean his/her rig properly.

Just my $.02--- How about making the guards out of scrap pieces of Plexiglass?
