2000 XJ to part or save????

So what would you do in this case??? I have a clean 2000 RED :( XJ shell. and i have a 98 wrecked XJ with good drivetrain. Would you part the RED one or bring back to life??? keep in mind the entire body it there and dash is inside

I think if you have the time and funds you should build it up, especially since you said that its in good shape and that you have the drive train and dash, etc.

I would much rather save one XJ than to have two of them go to the scrap yard!

I never like seeing XJs go to being parted out or scrapped. So, my opinion is to save it! Or sell it to someone who will.

x2 build 1 for DD and 1for hard offroading. take all the look good stuff and make your DD and go all out rollcage HD axels dumpers and slider that you build and have FUN with.:rolleyes:

Build it! Seems to me I run across drivetrains often but a body in good shape with doors that open AND close??? If you do decide to part it it won't last long...

Not liking the Red, but what can you do... JK JK... Def wouldn't want to see an XJ go to the boneyard if the parts and ability to get it back up and on it's wheels is there...

So far I was able to get the rejection letter (good thing) and the bond acquired. So when the bond paperwork shows up I should be able to transfer the title into my name. Then the rebuild starts. Sooooo the big question wheeler or driver and what color :smiley-taunt002:

You already have a driver/trail rig. So, make it a more trail only so you can go bigger. My opinion, but its something I've been wanting to do for a while as i won't go as extreme on the terrain with Stormy.
