TPS trans code

Transmission shifts funny have a TPS code for the transmission. When I checked the live data for the TPS I get a reading under the engine module but no reading under the transmission module. For whatever reason the transmission is not recognizing TPS. Any ideas?

I think I would start by checking all the connectors for tight connections and wear and tear + clean them up, then if that fails I'd replace the tps

A bad TPS will affect the shift points of the tranny. Better check that out. More than likely it needs to be replaced

I'm getting full range reading from the scanner, so TPS is good. Engine runs great, just no TPS reference for the transmission module.
