O.K I'm gonna state the obvious. Most of the damage is to the black bushwacker, and the red quarter panel came out virtual unscaved.

Well just in case someone misses the subtle humor, there was no damage, at least to my Jeep. I figured there'd be a little more damage that a small smear on a bushwacker. I can't even be sure if that's from the contact or not.

I'll have a better look in the daylight tomorrow, but I can see that the Jeep is any worse for the wear.

In looking at the video, I believe it's obvious that the driver of the Fiat(?) decided he was coming into the lane no matter what. I don't think he/she didn't see me there.

People in Houston just don't understand how it works.

You Sh!t Fiats for breakfast. I wouldnt worry about it but if you can get the plate from the video I would get a police report going.

Makes you wonder what people are doing besides concentrating on driving? I mean how can you miss a big bright red well lit object 5 feet from you.
would it help if you painted your Jeep safety yellow and had a strobe beacon on top?
They were probably rolling on the floor laughing over some nutbar they heard call into a pod cast.

Ouch, yep that happened to me last week when I was driving mine to work. Stupid Altima decided it wanted to hide under my Jeep on the highway. I don't have any armor on mine, so I swerved and was able to avoid them.

However, about 8 years ago in Ft. Worth there was a taxi driver that decided he was better than everybody else so he drove up the shoulder... and decided to try to get back in the lane in front of me. Denied!!! The funny part was I was driving my old Cavalier. He hit me but we waited for the cops. Cop told him I had the right to ram him if I wanted to because it was my lane that the taxi was trying to force his way into.

I know I've said it before, but I HATE Houston drivers. I get really pissed of at idiots on the road lol.

I figured it out!! Fiat is sending out hitmen to take out all the REAL Cherokees!! A shrewd move, but well played Fiat, well played....

Is that really the one that got ya?

Seriously, glad you are okay. Drove the wife and family to Houston a month ago in a 25' RV. Reminded me a lot of Roller Derby, with a pinch of Demo derby thrown in.

Come on Tony! I know a picture is worth a thousand words but we need a little more information than that! How did you find them? You having any trouble with insurance companies?

This has happened to me on two occasions... Once was in College Station and once here in Houston, Both times the other driver didn't see me as they did not look in their passenger side blind spot. One was a honda civic and the other a toyota camary, they both received black donut looking skid marks on their passenger front doors like you see happen in Nascar.
