WOW!! What an afternoon. Some PCP crazed 18 yo girl ran out in the highway in front of me, (Dually truck w/ trailer), stops and puts her arms out like superman trying to stop a train. Had I been loaded she would be dead. At first I thought she was in trouble so I rolled the window down a couple of inches only to realize this was a wildebeest / tiger / tazmanian devil in a 110# package. So with the window rolled back up and the doors safely locked this crazed individual began trying to disassemble my truck right in the middle of the highway all the while I'm on 911 giving play by play. Another car rolls up on us unaware of what's going on and the driver jumps out to see what's up (he knows me). Having realized that she was no match for a 9000# truck the girl climbed on the roof of the car behind me and treated it like her own bounce house. A minute later she jumps down and goes to the stop and rob and steals a plastic lawn chair, now she's armed. She worked her way down the road beating every car she could find with the chair until she had circled half a block. She then discovered a large metal framed lawn chair and armed herself with that just as a state trooper comes sliding into the drive. Now any sensible person knows not to mess with a Texas trooper but NO, she begins wailing away on his car with the chair until he fights her to the ground and cuffs her. The rest is boring police details. Thank goodness there are witnesses because I know that is one unbelievable story. (And no I don't have pictures, the phone was on with 911 the whole time).
Turns out she must have been under 18, nothing showing in the local arrest reports or jail log.
