Welcome James. You don't have to have an XJ to be a member here. I have a Samurai which currently a neglected project. But I will get around to it one of these days.

Welcome to the site, James. Glad you enjoy the show too!

Nice looking Zuk! I always liked something different, and those don't get modified much here (in the states). Looks like you use it well too!

Lots of Suzukis there. Where was this? I cannot remember where you said you were from. But looks like fun. I see the Samurais there had nice hard tops. I always wanted one of those for winter driving for mine. That heater in them is weak

That was the End of Day play area for a Suzuki Meet. In Aguada Portugal.

http://goo.gl/maps/40XC3

Cause its a small Country, most meets are short, with big parties/dinners at the end, not that there aren't long trips or Overland stuff, I just don't take part, I'm a Day Tripper.

Small events like this, usually start at 8-9am ish, do trails till lunch, after lunch, do more and around 5ish everyone heads to a "Track" of sorts, This one in the video is easy. Was designed for Stock to Mild cars.

Over here the Samurai's were build upto year 2000, with 1.9Td in them, and you can still get Jimny's, which never made it state side or Canada.

Another Example of our typical Pista de Obstaculos (Obstacle Course)

Mostly mud-bog video, but I run the entire course at the end https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O8DUjiM1l9E
