update on my bumper build.Almost done ,little more sanding and primer and paint and i'll be ready to install.

Not too shabby!
I like that angle on the underside. Cant wait to see this on the jeep.
Looks like its all made from 3/16"?
Are you planning on mounting a winch?... if so I would consider reinforcing the area where the winch will be mounted.... I've seen many 3/16" winch plates get twisted up like a potato chip.
I also dont see any provisions for recovery points.... or a cut-out for a fairlead....
Are these in the plans?

Thank you ,I'll submit a pic from back side ,I put three gusset's along the bottom of the winch plate.As far as recovery point's and fairlead ,that is still in the works.

I built a tube bumper this weekend was my first attempt I wish I could build a solid one like that I think it's beyond my skill set

hey that is a good lookin bumper!this was my first one also and it was intimidating but i just made up my mind and tried it.I mocked up the whole thing from card board first and used that as my template!

I built a tube bumper this weekend was my first attempt I wish I could build a solid one like that I think it's beyond my skill set
Tube bumpers usually don't get my fancy, (just a personal preference) But that one looks pretty darn nice.
