Hello everyone.

Over the weekend I installed .75 spacers an shackles. The front can out even but the rear isn't. The drivers site sites almost and inch lower. Everything was torqued on the ground. I have stood on the rear bumber and bounced up and down a few times in an attempts to get everything to settle more. Any ideas? Is it possible I F'd up the spring pack by using a jack to get the holes to line up? I only had to use the jack on the drivers side.

What brand of shackles? is it possible one is on upside down? I don't know if that matters or not, just thinking aloud.

I think I need some pics of everything before I can make a guess at this

@ NickyG - Shackles are from Rusty's and it is not possible to mount them upside down.
@ 4.3 - What would you like pics of?

The shape of the leaf spring on both sides for comparison, the shackles and angles they are at. Stuff like that

That only looks like 1/8" difference to me. Am I missing something?

Is that normal? The pass side rear just looks to high to me... Maybe I'm just paranoid I f*d up the leaf pack..

Doesn't look too bad from down here .. ;);)

Centre of wheel cap to a point on the body - is generally a better measurement - than using the ground as a start point.

Drivers side springs tend to sag a bit after a while.

4.3LXJ will probably have some ideas to deal with your vertical looking rear hangers.

Now that I think about it. The drivers side rear and passenger side front were my guinea pigs for this install...

I didn't go from the center of the wheel cap for my measurements as its much harder to find the center of a round object compared to a flat one.

Personally I don't see anything wrong here. It is within 1/8" which is good in my book. I think mine is off by that much which will change depending on who gets in it. What I wanted to see on the shackle angle is if they were the same side to side. I don't think yo have anything to worry about. We have a thread in the tech section on how to tell true lift height.
