Albino Tree? Has the same leaves as the green one next to it and its the same height. What do you guys think?

Nice find. Curious, but it has a virus. There are several examples of that, some of which are domesticated to give a mottled or vericolor appearance

So a virus can cause the color change. There is another tree right next to it that is just fine. Wonder if it is soil or seed based.

It can be any method infection, but probably from air or animal in this case. It wipes out the chlorophyl.
