only thing I can think of is rain. I don't drive my TJ with the doors off in the rain

I don't have experience with it, but I've heard of the unibody flexing a bit and the doors being difficult to put back on. Tube doors should help with that part

I've heard that wheelin with the doors off can make it hard to fit the original doors back in if you really flex the unibody. I'm still new at this so take my knowledge with a grain of salt...

My doors come off and I will tell you that wheeling or not they are an absolute pain in the donkey to put back on regardless of wheeling. The pins are a major PITA to line up and a 50 pound awkward door doesn't make it any easier.

will tube doors help.... nope the thing will flex and twist with the factory doors the same as without so tubes wont help.

Also I never noticed it hard to get the doors on after wheeling.

Detoursusa.com makes a set of frame stiffiners that will help with the unibody flex. They come in slider, or no slider options.

They are bolted then plug welded to the unibody, so unlike the TNT's they can be removed by drilling out the plug welds.
