Who makes a good aftermarket head for the 4.0 ,,,, I will be removing mine to eliminate any doubt of crack or leaking head gasket,,,,i wouldn't rule out a modified version for added performance ,, but an good stock replacement would work fine,,,,

I dont know the diffs between these two heads but I have heard good things about this company.
