I’m at the point where I want my spare tire out of my cargo area. Would hanging my 31x10.5x15 spare tire on the back bumper interfere with pulling a trailer? I'm thinking it might affect turning radius?

Thanks! Now how can I order a tailbone without the wife knowing? Do you think Detours will bill it as "New Tile floor" or "Extra large hot water tank" so she wont be suspicious.

Even if you get the drop down instead of the swing out,Detours makes one that you can still use the hitch. I started to go with that type but just went with regular drop down from him.

I noticed that it sat a little low too, But That looks like a monster of a trailer too. Not to mention it has half a car loaded on it.

My rig can handle the load. I was just worried that the tire might get in the way as I try to snake my way throgh my back yard. I have to make some pretty tight turns.

I have been thinking about taping a cardboard mock up on the back and try a test run just to see.

That's when you call up Mark and tell him you want a hitch on the backbone:bacondance::bacondance: then you push it into the back yard. BTW that trailer had 4000lbs on it (loaded nose heavy)

Good Idea. I never thought about pushing.
