In all seriousness, if you (any of you) like the Libby that's fine. I don't care for them, but mainly because Jeep replaced the Cherokee with them. It's insulting ya know? Replace a great Jeep with something like the Liberty.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion....I do agree, they shouldve just kept on making the Cherokee instead of replacing it, im sure it wouldve sold as long as they didnt change it up too much.

I own a Libby as you all may know but the newer body style (more boxier) but im not a fan of the older ones (I personally think theyre ugly lol)...but I like mine surprisingly...

liberty and justice for all

Well honestly I refuse to look at it when the wife asked how about a liberty. (i was looking at a Mini Cooper S) I thought liberty's were ugly till I saw the Renegade package. Its all about the slyder/roof rack/ oh and the wrangler fog lights :P

I think I told you this on chat, but... Yeah the second iteration of the Liberty is better, it's a more traditional Jeep look, and if you like it... I still disagree with the IFS for a 4x4 off road vehicle.

Yeah I don't care what people have or take off road. I mean as long as I'm not having to drag them all over the park, or keep winching them out.

actually .... I'll play devils advocate and be so bold to say - that IFS is brilliant.

For about 80% of my "offroading" and 100% of the "onroading" ... tis a much better front suspension setup than the XJs live axle ...

.... but every now and then, I get the fool notion .... to find out whats on the other side of that creek or gully ... and appreciate the travel, articulation and traction that the XJs live axle setup, provides .. :D

I'll add durability to the straight axles bag of tricks. :D
