Not sure if this would be the best place to add this...
A friend of mine bought a '98 engine for his '89 jeep...
The purchase included the engine compartment wiring harnesses, which he didn't use. But I wanted to upgrade some of the wiring in my '89, so he gave them to me.
Specifically, I wanted to use the distribution block right off the battery ('91 and later, these are stock under the hood fuse blocks).
At any rate, I went to the local library to find and copy the manuals for the '98 harness to ensure I matched up the best lines in the best places.
The librarian asked if I had ever used the online resources.
She then directed me to the site (Portland can access via www.multcolib.org and a library card ID #).
It had pretty much everything I would imagine.
... least for the '98.
Older Jeeps had less, but still more than the Hanes manuals.
I was going to attach the power distro pages, but they are just a hair too large (65kb - 74kb).
This can't be a local library only. Check your local library and get access.
Good stuff...
