I haven't been wheeling much in my Jeep and I want to go do something to beat the heat (cause my A/C in my car works better than my apartment's A/C lol). I wanna break her in since she's been a "prissy Jeep" never popped her 4 wheelin' cherry (it was my grandparent's Jeep). I'm looking for a few guys in Paradise to get up to the backroads and do some wheelin'. She might not be a raised Jeep but she's got enough clearance from the factory to go do some medium sized trips. If anyone is up for it please hit me up!!!

Andrew, I would go but I am going up to High Lakes this weekend. Tut where we are going is no place for a stock rig. But there are areas at High Lakes you can go to. Here is one we went on that could be done with a stock rig

Here is another on Cohasset Rd up out of Chico

Lots of people in both areas so it would be OK to go alone if you cannot find anyone

Cool thanks for the info! I'm thinking about getting it raised maybe 2 inches or so but it's all about the mulah. For now though, my bigger nonstock tires and general slightly higher than normal Jeep ride height will have to do. I'll check out some places and see what I can and can't do up there. My Jeep is pretty top heavy so I don't want to get onto a pretty steep incline sideways and roll the XJ. We'll see how it goes for a semi-stock XJ on some smaller hillsides first.
