Had to dodge some flooding yesterday, was flowing over the road. Not a ton (thankfully) on the route we chose but on the next road over stuff was getting washed away and homes destroyed. Mostly due to burn scars and a quick, heavy shower. Will have a couple pics when i get them copied to my phone in a couple days.

As promised, the pics from the nearby flooding. They're nothing spectacular but i was just taking them from the car as we tried to re-route.

There IS a road down there. If you look closely at the sign, it says EXIT ONLY.

Here you can see the water and mud flowing over the side of the hill and onto the roadway.

That road from the last pic goes steeply downhill into a small town that has a river going straight through town. This is where fire and police were driving through the streets warning of flash flooding. Here's some of the still water.
