If it is the original liner, it is the foam that lets loose. Are you going to replace it?

What did you use? I used 3m 77, it's been 4+ years and still holding up great.

I second the 3M Super 77. I used it on foam materials, vinyl, fabric and carpet. It always gives strong hold.
