Thanks...I work for a jeep dealer so that is how I happened across my XJ. It was bought new in 1995 and just driven once a month until I bought it this year, with 9312 original miles. It had also been kept in a warehouse so everything is basically new. It is a SE model and very basic but that is fine with me. Not going to do any extreme mods because I will not do any serious off road just upgrades and improvements. Mostly for fun and tinkering.

Hey guys or gals I don't know the ropes for the site so if I want to post my upgrades and improvements where should I do that?

Click on forum, scroll down until you find the technical section. There are sections for OEM, modified and technical write ups. Tech write ups have to be approved as such, or will be moved to the appropriate section. Same with fabrication

Thanks, I wouldn't really think my upgrades belong in a "Tech" section but if that is where it should be then OK

When in doubt just click on "Post". You'll see that on the navigation bar at the top. The post is important not where you put it. The staff will move it if necessary, but to answer your question...

That's ok mine was 17 years old when I bought it I was pretty amazed at the miles
