Ok I dig it,...

Now if I am going to take on a project like this I would make the following changes as it would have to be a tow rig.

I love the quad cab, but I would want a full (at minimum) short box and a dually rear,..

Now that span would be a bit much for the unibody so lets plan for a custom frame. Now lets think Mill,.. 6L chev for cost? hemi? Diesel?

Suspension? Leaves with air bags?

I will start the planning and chassis parts list and what it would require.

lol yeah I was just thinking if you're talking tow rig now you need a different class of transmission and perhaps motor. It would be so cool and unique though.
