Seeing the area of the pic, the off ramp has traffic stacked full time. So i keep to the fast lane :)

Aha! Found him! Come to think of it... I haven't seen bigjim on the beltway lately... I know he is all over the place now, but I cover a huge chunk of the beltway pretty regularly.
