I took the TJ and the buggie to a new off road park by my house. It's called mud land. It's going to take me 2-3 days to clean the gumbo mud off them. On the bright side they are building a 5 arcker rock track.

lol this sooooo reminds of mudding in Baytown (where I'm from) Full size pickup with 36's collects a LOT of mud. Oh my God 15 minutes of fun and 2 hours of cleaning AT a car wash!

Or...the way I always did it...4,000 miles and 4 rain storms. Then a light spritzing in the yard with the hose.

You take the mud off? I just let be a new layer of camo till I find a big puddle, which isn't that hard here.

The best way to get gumbo mud off is to let it dry and then get out the welders chip hammer and go at it.

not only the mud the transmission is messed up. It will not come out of first (auto) droped the pan it was full of muddy water not good. One shop wants 1500 to fix it going to take it to more shops for a second opinion
