'94 XJ doors

I'm getting ready for summer & I have tube doors on order, but I'm wondering about taking off the doors. Is there instructions somewhere? I've seen instructions about cutting off the bottom of the hinge pins & I'll see how that will work when I get the tube doors. What I'm wondering about is all the wires for the speakers, windows & door locks. Anybody have some hints or direction?

Also, does anyone know if I have to have side mirrors in Colorado?

How do your doors attach to the hinges?

Kick panels come off and the wiring has connections behind them.
Body side of hinges are welded in, you'll have to cut the door side.

I need to redo this, the steps are in the wrong order...
