Thanks for the welcome. I have started on the xjtalk podcasts archives and am keeping up with the new shows. I really like the atmosphere that is promoted in this forum.

I love my bumper. Its nice and sturdy and looks great. I wish I had a little more time to beef up the corners a bit when I was putting it together. Other than that it serves its purpose very well.
As for my supervisor, he is quiet and does a good job.

I have just finished putting new bushings in my leafs, but I need to adjust my shackle boxes back down. I wound up with 5 inches in the rear and 3.5 in the front. My XJ is no drag racer for sure.
