MJ shackles on an XJ?

Hey, if i were to put shackles from a comanchee MJ on to my cherokee XJ would it give me about an 1inch of lift? thats what this guy says http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/pts/3708180306.html never heard that before but if they do id pick up for and extra inch!! thanks guys please let me know asap!!

also, the little stock rubber spacer abouve my front coils, if i stack those from other cherokee's will i get some lift?

Yes. 1/2" for each one

Zj coils will give you an inch
