This weeks junkyard find

This is what I came across at pullapart the week. I don't remeber what year it came out of. It looks Factory to me. I'm not to fond of hooks. How do I put D rings to em?

Yep those are the factory brackets. There are company(ies) that make some plates that bolt onto tow hooks mounts to run a d-ring instead. O have thought about it before. Or you could have someone machine some. Shouldn't be hard to do.
