Shifting Issues

Hi,
To explain a few things I have a 1992 Cherokee Limited. Recently have been having a few issues. Ok if i punch the gas she starts to slip when it goes into second gear. If i go nice and slow and ease on the gas she will shift ok just a little rough. Also just started today when i start her she has a really rough idle till warmed up. Any ideas would be great. I have already done the NSS Clean up. TIA

I want to lean towards your TPS going out. Have you checked your transmission fluid? Make sure you check it at operating temp while running and in Neutral. Check for a burnt smell in the fluid. When was the last time your transmission fluid and filter have been changed? If it's been too long, you don't want to do it, but if you are on a regular service schedule, you might give it a shot.

Just changed the TPS and that was right on the dime. Thanks alot. it was quick easy fix. Thanks again.
