There's a rattle/rolling noise coming from beneath my center console ..

Does it stop if you push the 4WD shifter to the side?

I'm out not with the jeep il try asap. But I have put in 4 h and it seemed to stop wen I did that. Also wen I put shifter into neutral wen I com to a stop It seemed to minimize it.

It's a stretch, but my exhaust rattles under my console area. It'll calm down when I put it in neutral too. It's a possibility

Mine does the same thing right under the cab.. on mine it is the exhaust hitting the back portion of the trans crossmember, right behind where the exhaust hanger is...

I had the same issue in the 95 before I moved down here.
