View Full Version : T.H.O.R. corner panels

Woke up this morning and decided that today was the day to install the T.H.O.R. corner panels.

First thing to do is remove the interior panels

Dont forget to remove, unless you already have, your flares. They need to come off for this. Fine by me, needed an excuse to put TJ flares on the rear.
Next with the tail light housings removed, rout the wiring harness to the inside and install the rear panel cover plates.

After putting the two bolts in the new tail light housing, drill the holes in the quarter panel, using the armor as a template

and attach with the supplied stainless hardware.

I do recommend a helper, unless your arms are very long and very flexible you cant do it alone.

Nicely done, looks clean. How did you run the tail light wiring? Those plates look like that cover the original holes.

Thanks. I brought the wiring out the body plug next to the plates. Notched the plug and put it back in.
