Planning to buy a set of 33x12.5x15 federal cougarials for cheap with wheels. Putting them on mine with a 3" lift and trimmed out fenders and quarters with 3.5" backspace. Just wondering if anyone has a set, has had a set, or any general reviews of the tires and or maybe anyone with the low stance big tire combo with a better backspace option. The lift I am getting suggetst 31x10.5x15 with 4" backspace, but that is for those not willing to cut....what about bumpstops??? Out on a limb but know what I am after here. Ideas from all platforms greatly appreciated.

I read some reviews the look great and talked to the person that had them. I asked a few ?"s great tires kinda lound thats what I got from them but it wasn't a Jeeper LOL. Best t hing I like about the 33 is you can get a 11.5 very rare!!!! usually 10.5 or 12.5.

I sadly have the factory head unit and speakers and would love the drone of tread to drown it out on any day. Nickxj94, you say you have 4.5" lift with 3.5 backspace but do you have any clearance issues at all. Like I said 3" is what im looking at for lift, also from your avatar pic thats alot of flex, running swaybars? I have a buddy that has a 4.5 and doesn't run sway bars and he said he runs down the highway at 65 70 no prob but sounds a lil crazy to me. Mine never gets more than 65.

Nope don't rub at all, and I still have the front swaybar but disconnect when offroad and have no rear swaybar or any bump stops mine has 3 inch coils with 2 inch spacers and rear has 2 inch aal and 2 inch Alum blocks currently running 32s but fixing to go back to 33s also my front fenders are trimed.

A great affordable tire is the Hercules Trail Digger MT. They are made by Cooper. I have them on my XJ and they are a great Mud Terrain and I have wheeled a bunch of different Mud Terrains.

subsonic, you get snow/ice in your area? If so, how do they handle it?

olds-cool- I live in the Mid Atlantic, so I had them out in the snow yesterday. They do have some siping, so they do as well as you could expect a mud terrain to perform. They are set up to handle studs as well.
