How to flat tow my XJ.

Hi guy's I'm ScottyO. From E.Wa.State...
I need a lil info on flat towing my XJ to the shop,bout 15 mi on backroads.Will both Tranny in N and Transfer case in N the way.Or do I need ta drop driveline.Any help appreciated...ScottyO

All you have to do is put the tcase in neutral. It has its own pump on the rear driveline to lubricate it. Tranny in park if auto or neutral if standard

Don't forget to unlock the steering wheel, and make sure the wheel can turn. I also have to suggest something securing the t-case shifter in position.

Have flat towed mine tons of times. As has been said, tcase in N and tranny in P and steering wheel unlocked.
