Got a great call from a buddy today. About 2yrs ago a buddy brought over a bronco he wanted me to build for his daughter. Was a great starting point, 4" lift, new crate 351 and new tranny/tcase. But it had been sitting for a long time...and stolen twice. Well over the last 2yrs he has had me replace and repair a ton of stuff on it. Had it running great, but then sat too long with no gas in the new tank and the new pump froze up. Well he soon found out he couldnt get the title for it..bummer. Well he bought another one that ran kinda decent, and wanted to swap alot of stuff from the old one to the new one he bought. A few months went by and i hadnt heard from him. Well today he called me and said he had bought his daughter a new truck and has given up on the broncos. And the way he decided to repay me for working on the bronco was to GIVE me both of them :eek: I tried to do the right thing and say "ehh you aint gotta do that, wasnt gonna charge you to work on it anyway". But he insisted that i keep them both. So.....lucky me!!
