Hi Coaster_DC, welcome to the xjtalk forum!

We would love to know more about you and your Jeep. How you found us, etc...

Be sure and check out our XJ TALK SHOW! (http://podcasts.xjtalk.com) It\'s about Cherokees! It\'s like a radio talk show, but from the Internet.

Check out our sister sites, http://www.WranglerTalk.com/ and http://www.di-dah-dit.com/

Hello. I am a first time Jeep owner. I just picked up a 1997 Jeep Cherokee, 170K miles, stock. I've had my Jeep for about 5 weeks, the same time I started listening to the podcast. Not only this is my first Jeep, but my first suv (I learned that I drive a JEEP and not to call it anything else). For the immediate time, the Jeep is a road rig, until I familuar myself about off roading (looks easy to me) I'm going to make a post about some possible repairs, but first I want to do some research first on the net, so when I post, at least I'll be a little more informed. One last note, never realized howmuch people love dirt... :-)

Yes, we love dirt, mud, rocks and snow. Maybe whatever is in between. Don't worry about how knowledgable yo are, this is a friendly forum. Ask anything you like

Great to hear you're a listener, a xjtalk.com member AND most importantly a new Jeep owner.

Jeep, Cherokee (not a Grand!) or all the really cool kids say "I drive an XJ!" :D
