So as some of you know i got some new tires for the jeep. Now ive decided i want to get some new wheels to mount the tires on. Ive had steel D-windows, soft 8's and now cragar V5's. Im SOO sick of having the same black rims as everybody else. Thinking now I want some aluminum wheels. Been looking at the M/T sidebitters. Anybody have some other suggestions? I dont like chrome or polished so that is out. Since my jeep is white i do like black wheels, or maybe black with some machined or even polished sections. Would like to keep it under $200 a wheel though. Also have to be 15x10 or maybe 15x8.

I know steel rims are tough, but we only wheel mud and hard dirt here. Aluminum wheels should be tough enough for the terrain here. Also the reason for new wheels for the new tires is to keep the old wheels and tires around for the more aggressive wheeling that may cause damage

I know what ya mean lol everyone up here in my group have the same wheels black soft 8s or d windows. I had soft 8s traded them for some Mickey Thompson classic locks cause no one else but one in my group has a set but mine will be different I'm having real rock rings made for them lol

I'm partial to the Classic wheels too. My next purchase will be those, and like Nick I will get some real rock rings for them. However, those are really crappy in mud since they trap about a hundred pounds of mud. The nice thing about the classics is that you can scar up the ring, then get another, and even in colors to replace them.
