Every year I make fudge for the family, and some to give away. This year I hit on the idea of fudge logs. So our fudge this year is in mini bread pans

Wife's girlfriend can bake lots of stuff, but not fudge apparently. Hers turns out hard as a rock. Susan, eat your heart out :P

My wife and I made some peanut butter fudge that was pretty fool-proof.
1 small Jar of peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
1 bag of chocolate chips
Put together in bowl and microwave till the chocolate chips melt
add one small can of sweetened condensed milk
stir the crap out of it
then put it in a pan to cool

You are right, sounds foolproof. Except for one thing, I never pollute chocolate with nuts. It should be enjoyed in its pure essence :D

Man, I love might just love peanut butter more than beer, so it was perfect for me lol...

EDIT: So that made me curious enough to google "peanut butter beer" and holy crap, look what I found. http://www.bluemoonbrewingcompany.com/OurBeers/Product/peanut-butter-ale
