I just bought this 2001 sport with a lift. steering is a little loose and i found the tie rods were shot.

It has been undercoated so i cant tell what brand the lift is. im hoping if i can get the brand name it will be easier for me to get the parts. thanks!902

I cannot tell about the lift because you don't have enough pics of the lift. However the tie rod and drag link are aftermarket. Whose it is, I am not sure. Looks like stock tie rod ends though. But this type of design, the inverted T is not like the OEM inverted Y. The Inverted T can have a little slop in it. In your case it wouldn't be as much as if the drag link was on the side, like most are. Is your steering box adjusted properly/

Thought it has not been mentioned the track bar is aftermarket as well as it is a double sheer design. This seems to be a stronger design over the stock track bar with the tie rod at the "frame" end.

Yoiu have stock front suspension links. From the looks of the spring, I can't tell but I am fairly sure it might be a SkyJacker front spring. Nice track bar, but I can't tell. Might look at a Skyjacker on their web site and compare

You can buy Skyjacker springs separately. I have a pair like that only red in my shop

It's a 3" budget lift....probably off ebay......room for some control arm upgrades there, they'ed push your axle back forward.

My guess is replaced front coils, possible add a leaf in the rear.
Rear shocks have been upgraded in length, can't see the fronts..

The steering looks like it may be an early Rusty's Offroad steering conversion.

Appears they have changed the design slightly since then.

Do a search for Rusty's offroad on any Jeep Cherokee forum... seems to be a lot of issues with their stuff. Even in the thread I linked above there are many negative comments.

Also based on the same Cherokeeforum thread I linked above, the track bar may be a Rusty's unit as well.
