I have a 96 Cherokee. There is an add on Craigslist which is the rear 2 coil springs for a 93-98 ZJ. On a ZJ they would add 3.5" of lift. They are only $40 so if they would work i will defiantly get them. But my question is first would they work on my XJ? And second if so how much lift would they provide? Here is the link to the post if you were wondering. http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/pts/3299327470.html
Thank you, Steven

Near as I can figure, you would break even with stock springs on lift height. If you move front ZJ springs to the rear you get about 3" of lift there IIRC

so if i put those on the back would i be back at stock height or about what they are rated for?

Rear coils for 3" of lift is the same as front coils at stock height.

So if I put these rear ZJ springs which would lift the rear of a ZJ 3.5" on the front of my XJ, how much lift would I gain?
