I have to wait until I can make to the parts store to borrow a fuel pressure tester, but from everything I've read I'm pretty sure my fuel pressure regulator is bad. So here's my incredibly newb question - where is it at on a 1993 XJ? I thought it was on the fuel rail, but then I tried to google it and it made it look like it was somehow hooked to the fuel pump in the gas tank.

Also, assuming I was right and that's the pressure regulator I'm looking at on the fuel rail with a vaccuum line coming off it, where could I get that vaccuum line? It looks like it's pretty weathered and cracked and I'm sure that's probably not helping a lot. I tried looking on the web and so far I'm not finding anything.
Thanks for you help.

Yes, yours is on the fuel rail. On the 96+ OBDII engines it is all in the gas tank. The easy way to tell is if you have two ruel lines, it is where the line comes off. If a single fuel line, it is in the tank
