Homemade T-case drop

hello fellow XJer i am making a 1 inch tcase drop kit and i was told that i need to work on the shift linkage was wondering if anyone else had to make one up or a how too i looked and i cant seem to find one

If it is a 1" drop, most just leave it alone. It might need to be adjusted though.

When we did my 4.5" lift and 1" drop on the 98 XJ the mechanic made a couple of adjustments to the linkage by hand. Trying to bend it slightly for less binding.

When I installed the 4" lift on my wife's TJ it came with a bracket that dropped the pivot point on the transfer case linkage, so it matches the drop.
