Anybody dealt with issues in this? Its not the regulators or motors, and the driver side master switch can operate all the windows. I have changed both master switch and passenger front switch, but no luck. It think the bypass for the child safety window lock is stuck in the mode where the passenger switches will not operate the windows. Anybody else dealt with this? Any suggestions? Dismantle the master switch and bypass?

I looked at the spare master switch, and while it is held together with Phillips screws and clips, it does not simply pop apart, at least not obviously.

There is a special bypass for this that I've seen. Let me do some digging for you

Thanks to everyone for the resources. I managed to get access to an FSM and got the circuit wire colors and connection locations to start digging.
I have a little bit of electronics "tinkering" ability, so once I ID's the wires and connections, I ran a jumper tonight and confirmed the source of the issue.
And like these write-ups, really considered a by-pass, with the idea of making it clean and neat.
But since I already had the doors apart ANYWAY....well, I used to short pins on CPU's to allow for overclocking, so.....GIT 'ER DONE.:D

I have resolved the issue, and it really was not a bad fix. The tests help isolate the root cause, and then you can decide the fix. There is already several solutions to this problem, variations of the bypass wiring referenced in the supplied links.
I like the solution I found, and I think it can be replicated by others with some guidance.
I am working on a write up with tools, steps and pictures, and I believe the whole process could be done in a little over an hour.
