Greetings!

Tune up time is coming soon for my Jeep.

I want to know what the best bang for my buck is for spark plug and wires.
I'm not apposed to spend money but I don't want to just throw it away either.

Thanks

Croc

I'd like to know also. I've never seen a benefit between expensive or cheap.

In my opinion the best bang for your buck, especially if you have a stock engine, with stock ignition, is just OE replacement plugs and plug wires.

I actually installed the Acel tune up kit. I like it for the most part because the components are "higher quality" for a great price, BUT I still feel a misfire in my engine. Don't know if it's because of the plugs, or what.

I bought a tune up kit from the jeep dealership and it was pretty cheap, well for Mopar parts.I think it was around $50 for the kit.

Yeah, I figured I'd give you that one lol. I bet if I change to the champion plugs, it'll be fine though

Mines running the Performance Distributors' Firepower ignition kit with Bosch Platinums. Smoothed my engine right out, but not in anyway, cheap. The kit was $175 + plugs. But, they are blue.

I had a misfire on the #1 cylinder at idle. I put the BWD wires on and it's been running smoothe ever since.
