Anytime I turn on my AC o get a squeaking like a belt squeak. I think its my compressor. Any ideas?

howdy mate.......drop ya belt and turn the pullys by hand.....bearing in pully might be sick

Might just need to tighten the belt.

Belt squeak when running A/C is common when the belt is loose.
