Jeep xj electrical issues

It is kinda difficult to explain but here we go My volt gauge has no power rmp gauge is not working and any thing i tied into the fuse block in the cabin is not working fuses look good and headlights dont work every thing worked fine last night but here is where it gets weird if i pull and HOLD the high beam lever ever thing works again i will post a video any thing would be appreciated :bang:

dont think its the ground upon further investigation it seems the swith has a seprate power source or somthing but when i put power to this broken wire on the back of the switch every thing goes back to normal so far :xjtalk:
