I'm ready to order the parts, but not completely sure what I'll need, I'd rather order more then not have enough... I can't afford downtime, this is my DD.

I'm thinking:
2 upper ball joints. -(Moog K3134T Upper Ball Joint)
2 lower ball joints. -(Moog K3161T Lower Ball Joint)
2 hubs. -(Timken 513084 Axle Bearing and Hub Assembly)
2 Ujoints. -(DANA SPICER® 260X Series U-Joint)
2 bottles of Mobil1 gear lube 75-90W

What else would I need while it's apart? Basic front axle rebuild...
Will I need to get wheel studs or does the hubs come with them?

Do I have the right parts listed for my 1999 XJ?
thank you very much!!!

Well since you have to take the tie rod ends loose to do the ball joints, why not go ahead and replace those, or better yet do the V8 ZJ tierod upgrade. http://www.xjtalk.com/showthread.php?t=6242

The wheel bearing can be one of two types for the 1999. You have to measure the rotor to see if you are using a ceramic or cast iron rotor.

What part of the rotor am I measuring?
My 1999 has a build date of 02/99, an early one...
