Tie rod end length?

Anyone know how long the standard XJ tie rod is? Minus the tie rod ends. Facebook follower of :xjtalk: is asking. Thanks! :D

My understanding is the length of the tie rod not including the TREs. So it would be how long that tube is.

Due to my willingness to help... I got up from my desk, went outside into the parking lot, crawled under the Jeep and measured 34 5/8". And to clarify this is the rod that goes from the driver's side steering knuckle and intersects the drag link.
