2000 Xj keeps blowing #7 fuses

My 2000 xj keeps blowing the #7 and #10 fuses and I loose my AC and starts running like crap I pulled all the codes had 13 replaced fuses now only four it keeps saying p0138, p0141, p0700, and p0705., p0715, It has no cat I figured that's why the o2 codes were there but some reason it keeps popping the two fuses every month or so. Anyone have any ideas? Should I replace both o2s!

Well there intact I thought maybe upper would been melted but its fine the connection had a bunch of oil all over it I cleaned it up with brake cleaner.. I just can't figure out what keeps blowing the fuse it done it 4 times in two months

I noticed the rear has been welded on from PO that replaced cat with a straight pipe wonder if it shorted it out?

Don't know. But you might check the wiring out. Heater in the sensor might draw too much power
