Last week it was my last day at the Royal Dutch Army. My daughter Lara is beginning to take over the defense of the Netherlands. I'm so proud.

Not to be a smarty pants but does the Netherlands actually have any enemies ? I know from my neighbor who lived there during WWII that there was alot going on but currently? Or is military service required there? You should be very proud of her not many women / young ladies would consider doing that. I'm sure your service to your country was appreciated also.
