Hello all. I live near Springfield, IL. I currently own a 2001 XJ Limited I bought new in 2000. I started slowly modifying it when the 3 yr. warranty ended. I have own several Jeeps over the past 35 yrs. Here's a quick list:
1960 Willys CJ5
1975 CJ5
1961 Willys Wagon
1978 CJ5
1952 M38A1
1979 Cherokee Chief
1990 Comanche
1993 Cherokee
1962 Willys Truck
1991 Cherokee
2001 Cherokee
I'm a little partial to Cherokees but I love all Jeeps (excluding some of the cars Jeep has put its name the past few yrs. I just moved last Fall to have enough land to build a large garage/workshop. I'm almost finished with the interior so I'll start setting up shop soon.

I'm very happy to have found this forum. I've already read quite a few interesting and informative posts. I look forward to many more.

Thanks, wish I still had them.
Looking to get an 05-06 Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited. Maybe after the house we moved out of last Fall sells.
